“With an approach based upon sports psychology, I am able to bring relevant material to any program – professional or amateur, from the athletic field to the workplace. The message is the same and the results follow no matter the venue. Whether you are looking to build a framework for long-term success or simply focusing on one project or game, I am able to help you set and reach your goals.” – John Girdwood
Here is a sample video (session 3 of 4) clip from John’s “Top Down or Bottom’s Up?” presentation
John has spoken at the local, regional, and national levels. As a life-long athletic participant with a public service background, he knows what it takes to motivate everyone from the “Average Joe” recreational jogger to a group of health care CEO’s. John has worked for many years alongside volunteer groups who devote time to their communities without pay. Intrinsic and extrinsic motivating factors at varied levels have produced results in the many groups he’s advised and volunteered with.
